How StonkIt Works
What happens from launch request to open trading: the Dark Pool, the one-transaction opening on StonkFun, who holds your deposit, the Team Vault and the public audit log. StonkIt is live on Solana mainnet in beta. Deposits are held by StonkIt's server during the bid window, so bid what you're comfortable with.
Teams can own. Teams can sell. Holders can see.
Teams have to eat. StonkIt puts team buys, team holdings and team selling in the open: the team buys in the same Dark Pool at the same price as everyone, and its tokens sit in a per-launch Team Vault that can only sell slowly, within published caps.
StonkIt is a launchpad on Solana. Coins launch and trade on StonkFun. Every launch starts with a sealed-bid Dark Pool where the team pays the same price as everyone else. StonkIt creates the coin and makes one pooled first buy in the same transaction, then the coin trades on the Raydium LaunchLab bonding curve and graduates to a Raydium CPMM pool. Team tokens sit in a rate-limited Team Vault.
Same ticket, same price
The team sends the same Dark Pool ticket as everyone and fills at the one opening price.
Team tokens stay in the vault
Every declared team wallet's Dark Pool fill lands in the launch's Team Vault wallet, not in the team's own wallets.
One team, one allowance
After 24h, the whole team can sell 0.2% of the vault a day (max 1M/day, 5M/week). Extra wallets don't add to it.
Every sale has a receipt
Each vault sale is logged publicly with tokens sold, proceeds, who executed it, and the allowance left today and this week.
Agents follow the rules
An agent can be a sale delegate. It can only sell inside vault limits, and proceeds always go to the beneficiary.
Launch lifecycle
Every launch follows the same path, in this order. Nothing skips the Dark Pool, and nothing skips the Team Vault.
A creator signs a launch request with a name, ticker, metadata and quote asset, and declares up to 10 team wallets. There's no review: the Dark Pool opens as soon as the creator pays the launch fee. Declared team wallets are fixed for that launch: their Dark Pool fills land in the Team Vault.
The Dark Pool open
Every launch opens with a Dark Pool: 30 minutes of sealed bids. Everyone, team included, sends the same ticket (10 SOL on a SOL launch) and privately picks a bid of 3–100% of the ticket. When the window closes, StonkIt creates the coin on StonkFun and makes one pooled first buy in the same transaction. Then public trading opens.
The coin is created on StonkFun and the pooled first buy lands in the same transaction, so there is no first block to snipe. Every bidder fills at the same price, in proportion to their bid. The unused part of each ticket is refunded. Wrong amounts and late deposits are refunded. If the create fails, every ticket is refunded in full. The delivery fee covers token-account rent and network fees for payouts and refunds.
The single price covers the opening only. After that, public trading on StonkFun has no equal-entry guarantee.
Custody and privacy
Custodial during the bid windowDuring the bid window your deposit sits in a StonkIt hot wallet made for that launch. If StonkIt's server or keys were compromised, those deposits could be lost.
Bids are hidden from the public, not from StonkIt. Each bid's commitment is published when you place it, and every bid is revealed after settlement so anyone can check the math.
After the opening, trading is ordinary StonkFun trading. StonkIt never holds your coins after delivery. Every deposit, commitment, create transaction, payout and refund is in the public audit log.
Quote assets
A launch is priced in SOL or USDC, or in an xStock (a tokenized stock) from StonkFun's launchable pairs. The Dark Pool ticket, trading and Team Vault sale proceeds all use that quote asset.
xStocks aren't available to US persons, and the issuer can pause or blocklist them. A pause or blocklist can stop trades, refunds and payouts that move that token, and StonkIt cannot override it.
Trading on StonkFun
After the opening, the coin is an ordinary StonkFun coin. It trades on the Raydium LaunchLab bonding curve and graduates to a Raydium CPMM pool under StonkFun's own rules. StonkIt doesn't run the curve or the graduation.
The Team Vault
Enforced by the StonkIt serverEach launch gets its own Team Vault wallet. Every declared team wallet's Dark Pool fill lands there. Team tokens can only be sold through the vault. There are no raw withdrawals. Sale proceeds go to the team member the tokens belong to.
Team members can let another wallet execute sales without redirecting the proceeds. Vault sales run on the LaunchLab curve. After graduation to Raydium they pause until selling there ships. Team Vault limits are enforced by the StonkIt server, not by an on-chain program. An allowance is not guaranteed income, and trading volume does not raise it.
Team sales and receipts
Every vault sale is written to the launch's public audit log and has a Solana transaction anyone can look up. The site shows sales beside the chart once the launch is indexed.
The vault controls the tokens inside it. Wallets the team never declared, and anything bought or sold outside the vault, are outside that guarantee. Wallet links suggested by analytics stay labeled as uncertain. A visible sale is still a sale: transparency does not remove price risk.
Public audit log
Every deposit, commitment, create transaction, payout and refund is in the public audit log. The log is append-only. After settlement it includes every bid and its salt, so anyone can recompute the commitments and the one-price math.
Agents
Agents can help a team sell within the rules. They cannot change the rules.
An agent must say when data is missing. Reasons a team gives for selling remain the team's claims.
Enforcement scope
A launch label describes its relationship with StonkIt. It is not proof that every team wallet is known. Check the audit log and vault coverage for each launch.
Community context
Holder counts, concentration and community activity add context. They do not prove wallet identity, future performance or how a team will sell. Bond Pulse, whale timelines and holder momentum on token pages are illustrative demo signals unless a launch is indexed. Team buys are shown apart from organic demand.
Risks and limits
Holder and builder questions
Why allow team selling?
Builders need to fund their work. StonkIt makes ownership and selling terms visible before holders buy, and the Team Vault enforces the limits. A sale is recorded neutrally; transparency does not guarantee how the market reacts.
What goes into the Team Vault?
Dark Pool fills from declared team wallets. Each beneficiary's entitlement is recorded separately, and all of it is sold under one shared allowance.
Who can buy when a launch opens?
Anyone. Every launch opens with a Dark Pool: 30 minutes of sealed bids. Each wallet sends the same ticket (10 SOL on SOL launches) and privately picks a bid of 3–100% of the ticket. When it closes, the coin is created on StonkFun and every bid fills at one price, team included. Bids are hidden from the public, not from StonkIt. Each bid's commitment is published when you place it, and every bid is revealed after settlement so anyone can check the math. Once public trading opens, there is no equal-entry guarantee.
Who holds my deposit during the Dark Pool?
During the bid window your deposit sits in a StonkIt hot wallet made for that launch. If StonkIt's server or keys were compromised, those deposits could be lost. After the opening, trading is ordinary StonkFun trading. StonkIt never holds your coins after delivery.
Can an agent change the rules?
No. A beneficiary can name an agent as a delegate. The delegate can execute sales inside the vault's caps, but cannot change caps, redirect proceeds, or withdraw tokens.
Can StonkIt identify every team wallet?
No. The vault covers wallets the team declared. A team could still use undeclared wallets in the Dark Pool or after public trading opens. Suspected wallet links must be labeled as uncertain, and missing records must never be presented as zero team activity.
Is the Team Vault live?
Team Vault custody and rate-limited selling are run by the StonkIt server. Team Vault limits are enforced by the StonkIt server, not by an on-chain program. StonkIt is live on Solana mainnet in beta. Deposits are held by StonkIt's server during the bid window, so bid what you're comfortable with. Vault sales run on the LaunchLab curve. After graduation to Raydium they pause until selling there ships.

Technical Architecture
StonkIt is a Dark Pool server on Solana plus this site. Coins are created and traded by StonkFun's programs. The StonkIt server holds the per-launch hot wallets, settles each Dark Pool and enforces the Team Vault caps. AI is not part of the launch, settlement or vault path.

API Reference
The Dark Pool server exposes a JSON API. Read endpoints are public. Bids, launch requests and vault actions carry a wallet signature over an exact message. Pulling an abusive launch requires an operator bearer token.
